I love to send and receive letters :) I'll send letters to anyone who would like a pen pal or just wants to see something different in their mailbox. Heck even email could be an option. I just want to make people happy and have fun (: I'm a nice person and hope to cheer up everyone up.
Training & Qualifications
I don't believe qualifications are needed for sending letters. I know how to send and receive. Simple as that!
