I will provide you with a personalized pdf workout plan based off your goals, lifestyle, and access to equipment. This is a 7 day long program, but you can use this plan long term. Doing the same workouts on a set schedule builds more muscle over time, as opposed to switching up your workouts. Feel free to do this week after week, and feel free to update me on your progress!
