I will help you learn how to create employee work schedules in a way that is easy and effective for you and they employees.
I understand that some companies have an all electronic scheduling and time off request system. In that case my teachings may not help as those system take care of it.
Training & Qualifications
I spent two years creating a weekly schedule for a department of 100+ employees. I gladly took on the new task as a means of self-advancement but found I had to sink or swim on my own. After honing my practices it became quite a manageable task, even with ridiculous day off requests.
