I will help out exhausted new parents as they learn the ropes. Let's start with a quick phone call where I can ask you some questions and find out how I can best help you. Once we find out what works for you in a judge-free zone, we can get started on some relief from the stress and newness of taking care of a new baby. It is an exciting but emotional time and I'm here to help you whether you are struggling or thriving!

I am a working mother of two. My youngest is seven months old and my oldest is 4 1/2 years. With my first I had postpartum depression so bad, it was horrible.
