I will teach ye my density training routine. Using two 2.5lb grip balls we will train aur whole body core dynamic functions in less than ten minutes. I literally do this less than once a month for maintaining density and tone at a slim 260, but to build strength and tone up it can be done twice a week until a level of fitness and density is achieved that is desired. I am a self taught fitness and nutrition consultant. My experience spans 20 years of training for athetics and health.
