Poetry Editing and Feedback

I have recently completed the manuscript for a short collection of poetry. It's just over 40 pages long (6" x 9" pages). I will start to work towards getting it published in early 2018 and am currently in the editing and proofreading phase. I would like to get as many people to look at it and offer feedback as possible.
I am specifically looking for people with some formal training in the field who have experience writing or reading lots of poetry and who are proficient at giving constructive feedback. The process would look like me giving you access to a PDF, pages, or word format version of the draft and you commenting on it, or sending me an e-mail, FB or other message with your comments.
I am looking for both general feedback in terms of the cohesiveness and feel of the manuscript, and specific feedback on individual poems relating to wording, punctuation, structure etc. Whatever it takes you 1-2 hours to do is good for me!
