Sometimes, it can be difficult to reach a state of zen when you're trying to find the path on your own. It can be easier with a little gentle guidance. Just let me know what your focusing on and if you're looking for something secular or non-secular. I'll be happy to send you an mp3 of a guided meditation for personal non-commercial use. Each unit is five minutes and you can get meditations up to one hour in length.
