Cooking for yourself is one of most important ways to care for yourself and your health, and I can help you get started on the right path! We’ll talk about what kind of foods you want to be eating (I can help you figure that out too), your budget, and your cooking skill level, and I will give you a plan for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for a week. Then we’ll talk about how I did it, so that you can plan for yourself in the future.
