I am aspiring to one day be an owner and mentor at my own Intergenerational Outdoor Preschool and Rehabilitation/Healthcare Facility. I desire to learn from organizations already established in strengthening the self-reliance of children, youth and elderly today.

I connect on an interpersonal level with children of all ages as I have had and continue to have experience with special education, after school programs and early childhood education. I have held positions in leadership that have strengthened my understanding of communication, organization, discipline and innovation. I strive not to be one who "meets expectation"​ in my roles but to better myself to be GREAT in all that I do. I plan on seeing the change that comes from building relationships and influencing individual lives.

Currently, I have an associates in Professional Preschool Education and am working on finishing my degree in Business Management as I work full-time as a CNA. I strive for "great"​ rather than just "good"​, as I set principles and ideas to reach my goals.
