I will discuss with you via Skype, email, or face to face (distance within 20 miles of Potterville, MI in a public location) the application process for the Michigan Medicaid Home Help program.
During this discussion I can obtain the information needed to complete your enrollment on your behalf and complete it for your. If you would prefer I can also walk you step by step through the enrollment process so you can complete it yourself.
The enrollment process takes me approximately 15 minutes to complete if I have all the information required.
Information Required to complete enrollment:
- Personal data (provider's name, address, phone number, date of birth, ect)
- Client's information (client's name and the name of their Adult Service Worker)

When walking a new Home Help provider through the enrollment process it can take 15-60 minutes.
Training & Qualifications
I worked with the Atypical Provider Support services call center for two years including being a counselor, supervisor, and trainer. In that two year time frame I completed approximately three enrollment applications from start to finish each shift.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually free Monday - Friday after 5:30pm or weekends.
