Whether it's an opportunity to vent or just needing to bounce thoughts off of someone, now's your chance to work with a professional listener.
It difficult to find someone that will listen without judgment and that has the time to focus on you. So many times we turn to people that don't have the time or the skills needed to give us comfort. While they may mean well, hearing another version of "every cloud has a silver lining" isn't helpful.
Listening is only the first step in the work I do as a Life Coach, but it's the most important step that makes the most difference. While this is not a coaching session, it is an opportunity to be heard. From here we can expand to Life Coaching sessions but in the mean time I can either listen or answer questions about Life Coaching here. I am a Whole Person Certified Life Coach with a B.S. in Communication Studies with a Minor in Health. I've been steadily expanding my skillset and experience for the last 15 years. I started my own business in 2014 and I can't imagine a more fitting career.
