I used to do P90X few months ago. One day, I got sick and since then, it has been so hard to go back to my routine of work outs. At this point, I feel like I need the little push of a friend or a trainer. I guess I realize I cannot find the same enthusiasm doing it all by myself. I would love some help or company to keep the excitement on working out going :)
