I am able to repair 95% of software related problems over the internet. If your computer is making strange noises, or you are not able to load your operating system, I can diagnose and repair the problem.*

Training & Qualifications
I have been doing this for 10+ years and refurbished Desktops and Laptops at recycling company for 2 years before moving on to my current position as Customer Experience / Tech Support at my current day job.
