Training & Qualifications
I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Concentration. I have been certified through the American Culinary Federation and the Federation of Dining Room Professionals and have 16 years of experience in the industry.
I have worked as a busboy through all positions up to owner. I have managed companies with well over a hundred employees in such fields as culinary, catering, private clubs, consulation, and logistics.
Currently I am in the process of taking over operations and eventually ownerahip of a family-owned restaurant.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually free between 3-4PM and after 10 PM
