People who know how to and process their own restaurant grease to make vegetable oil fuel that runs on diesel vehicles.
Also anyone who has knowledge of any kind of making their own from scratch wood burning stoves, or methane catching welded gasifiers with any success at running a vehicle or functional in a living setting designs they've used. Generally any type of free energy information or products made with spot fresnel lenses also.
