Some dogs have a tremendous amount of energy and need more than a walk. Does your dog love to run? Well I love to ride my bike to the beach, and the dogs that I've trained to run alongside me are too old to keep up any longer. Full round trip from my house to the beach is about 3 miles. There's a plus if your dog loves the ocean!
