Do you want to know the nutrition facts for your favourite recipe? Just send it to me and I'll run it through my nutrition software and give you the results. I will send it in both text format and an image of the nutrition information as you see it appear on American food labels.
Disclaimer: I am not a professional nutritionist. I simply have REALLY good software for recipes that includes an amazing database of food nutritional information.
Results are guaranteed to have calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein, sodium, and cholesterol, and I may be able to calculate saturated fat, sugars, and RDV percentages of vitamins and minerals like Vit A, Vit B, Vit C, Iron, and Calcium.
Just send me the full recipe (all ingredients and measurements, as well as cooking instructions) and how many servings it makes. I'll do the rest!
