Do my best to walk you through fixing your gadgets. Laptops, phones, desktops, servicing remotely, I cant do anything with apple other than general suggestions. Fix your modem router combo, advise on good technology to look at, chrome books, ubuntu, hard ware installation, setting up encrypted drives to completely protect your information. Beware if you lose your password the data is mostly irretreivable. Shpuld do a thumb drive back up of anything you cant lose and have it in a safe place.

IT Major at a competitive college, attended 4 total colleges and universities so far. Personel experience, some cracking, hacking, bypassing in my history.
