I will tailor a 1 on 1 personalized yoga session that is fit for your level and your needs. By the end of this session, you should feel more comfortable with gentle stretches and breathing exercises to support your every day life.
Class can be for adults, children or teens. Not flexible? That’s great! Very flexible? That’s cool too! I will meet you at your level. You do not need to buy any special materials before starting your yoga practice except to be open to the idea of being a more grounded, healthier, calmer you!
