We will discuss your health goals and challenges to meeting them. I will provide guidance to nutrition and physical activity. My speciality is focusing on the mental and emotional aspects that are keeping us from loosing weight so we will discuss these things and I will provide techniques that can be used in conjunction with diet and exercise to improve your overall health. This service can be provided with our without a focus on diet and health. My speciality is working with people whose weight is a result of childhood abuse and trauma.
Training & Qualifications
I am a holistic mind-body-spirit health coach through Integrative Nutrition. I have and continue to struggle with my weight in relation to feeling like I need it to be safe. It is a long process of healing the mind, body , and spirit to find holistic health. I've been on the journey for about 8 years and would love to help any way I can.
