Opportunity for your Faith Group To apply your outreach program on the ground in Chico, California. I am R.F. Vaughn, building an Interfaith Street Ministry in the city of trees. I want to put your faith outreach directly on the streets and will walk with you through it to ensure your safety and success. I’m interested in building regularly repeating programs that people on the street can depend on coming to. Street pastoring, observing religious rites, donating time or materials or other forms of your faith groups programs to reach out to the poor.
