Lucid Dreaming 101

Ever had a dream that felt so real that you swear when you woke up that dream was still with you? Have you ever wished you could control or influence your dream so it doesn't become a nightmare? If you answered yes to any of these then I implore you to learn about Lucid Dreaming!
A lucid dream is a dream during which the dreamer is aware of dreaming. During lucid dreaming, the dreamer may be able to exert some degree of control over the dream characters, narrative, and environment.
It doesn't require that you can control anything in your dream, though control is what beginning lucid dreamers often aim at. People get attracted to lucid dreaming because they want to be able to do things they could never do in waking reality, for example, taste fire or fly to the sun.
In this lesson, we will discuss how to be a better dreamer through awareness. In time and with practice, you too can become a Lucid Dreamer.
