One answer leads to another question, and we may dig a little deeper.
The aim is to create a liberating effect.
At the end of the session (20 to 30 minutes) you may ask me for a radical honest reflection about something.
It may not be what you expected, but I will give this honest reflection in a way that supports you in your goal.
