I will prepare & serve a three course meal:
Starter: Soup, salad, small entree, appetizers, etc. Your choice.
Entree: consists of a starch, vegetable & protein. Can make it vegetarian too!
Dessert: fresh fruit, baked goods, etc.
Your choice of the food being made as you get to buy the food, I just make it for you. Depending on how elaborate you want the meal it can take from half an hour up to three.
Training & Qualifications
I've been cooking for about 30 years. I started feeling in the kitchen since the age of 4, cooking since the age of 8, making my own recipes since I was 15 & made a nine meal course by 21. I am also a 5th generation cook & going to culinary school for a degree in culinary arts. I've also worked in the restaurant field & food vending.
Availability & Preferences
Evenings sometimes weekdays, depending when I'm off from work.
