I'm looking for someone to help me create a plus-size custom cosplay outfit, inspired by a character from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I can provide measurements and more images.
What I'm looking for is a cosplay for the character of Flutterbat (http://i2.kym-cdn.com/entries/icons/original/000/018/635/flutterbat_by_zacatron94-d703ky0.png)
This would include:
•Yellow dress, preferably flattering to a plus-size, with a corset type bodice and the pink Flutterbat "Cutie Mark" on the hip
