I understand that life can weigh you down to the point of self harm. Especially when you feel there is nobody you feel you can talk to about it. It stinks when you feel like you have nowhere to go for help. I feel for you. Talk to me about it. I'll listen without judgement.
Training & Qualifications
I've had family and friends who have struggled with self harm and it breaks my heart to find that they felt there was nobody they could go to. I have been in pits of despair where you feel there is no way out and have gotten out. I want to help others out as well.
