I am a 20 year IT Support professional who has worked for everyone from small, hometown computer repair operations, to non-profit organizations to Fortune 1000 companies. There's little in the IT industry that I haven't seen or worked on.

I enjoy diagnosing problems which plague computer users so that I can help get folks back on track with what they seek to accomplish.
