Exercises that improve physical and mental fitness through stretching, standing, and breathing techniques inspired by traditional practices like tai chi and qigong. Sessions include guided sequences of mobility, forms, and footwork.
This is a 4-week program with one 1-hour session per week. I can work with only one person at a time, so the service is paused while a program cycle is ongoing.
Training & Qualifications
5+ years of martial arts training, including Yang-style tai chi and baguazhang, combined with experience instructing children with chronic health conditions through structured movement and breathwork programs that promote strength, coordination, and mental resilience.
