I will provide you with aromatherapy recommendations based on information that you provide for me. I will send you a list of questions about your health and what you would like the aromatherapy to help with in order to create a recommendation that is specific for you. When I receive your answers, I will create a document for you with blends and possibly recipes to help manage conditions. For example, blends for a diffuser or to add to a bath, massage oils, lotions or tonics for skin care.

I have been studying aromatherapy for a couple of years and will soon complete my certificate program. I believe aromatherapy can be helpful for many conditions, including anxiety and stress, but also for other conditions such as menopause, bunions, and headaches. It is important to be honest with the questionnaire as some essential oils are not suitable with some conditions.
