Connection with -all-that-is. for resting the busy brain. we can call this Pranayama. Meditation. we can call this many things, and cite many possible benefits. Fathomless, actually. the priceless pearl of simply being... no force, no judgement, noticing yet making no effort. a practice for life ~ the gift that gives endlessly by gifting our true selves into the Presence of each forever now moment.
in these sessions, we share and practice the precious peaceful practice that can always bring us home. we learn to follow, to be with, our breath.
