Ask me any question...everything is game. I am willing to answer anything you would like to know from the perspective of someone who is dealing with anxiety and depression. I will give you a response within a 24 hour period (typically quicker). I want to offer this as there are some questions people might feel uncomfortable asking face to face or they may feel like they would offend someone or you just don't know how to ask it. I will do my best to answer as honestly and completely as possible to help educate and enlighten.
Training & Qualifications
I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I was in-patient at a local psychiatric hospital for a week due to my conditions in Fall of 2016. I work with a therapist once a month and regularly visit my psychiatrist as well.
