Low Allergy Plant List

Have you given up on gardening because of allergies? Did you know that certain plants are low allergen? If you live in the northern parts of the country or the Midwest, and love to garden I will send you a list of low pollen plants. Some plants have pollen that is wind borne, others are pollinated by bees or other insects. Plants with wind borne pollen are the main culprits in causing allergies. If you suffer from allergies you can reduce the problem by planting different plants-you don't have to give up gardening! This list is for plants in zones 6 and lower. If you don't know your zone, send me your zip code and I will let you know what zone you live in.

I am a registered landscape architect in the State of Michigan. I have over 32 years of experience with plants and garden design. I have degrees from Michigan State University and the University of Michigan in landscape architecture. I love plants and I love helping people design beautiful, restorative landscapes for their homes.
