I will use my troubleshooting skills (and Google) to fix everyday computer/appliance problems for people who aren't "good with computers." Can help your Dad set up his dating profile, fix a printer, etc. Not scared of using command line, Terminal, Safe Mode, etc...as long Google searches can provide a clear idea of what direction to go~
Training & Qualifications
Grew up on Oregon Trail, familiar with Microsoft suite and similar, used various technologies managing a retail store and working as a hospital nurse: was the go-to person among colleagues for anything computer or office machine related. I enjoy reading user manuals, instructions, reference materials, and other technical writing *for fun*. Could also create/edit technical writing to be more understandable to target audience (eg, a handout to remind auntie how to turn on her fancy new stove, or set the thermostat from her new fancy phone)
