Courtney is amazing! She's knows her stuff when it comes to fitness and won't let you down. She customized a plan for me to get started toward a more ...active lifestyle and I could'nt be happier with her service. Her plan was thorough and well detailed and is customized to you as a unique individual, as opposed to just sending you a general plan that may work for some but not others. She was available within 24 hours and contacting her was no problem at all! I can't wait to start seeing results, and that's another thing! She wants to see progress and she's flexible with future sessions in regards to payment.
My ONLY complaint is that she's miles away from me and I can't workout with her in person, because I'd love to! 😭 Thank goodness for Simbi. show more
