I and needing to either file and or serve a subpoena in order to get video footage from a company. They say they will only give video footage if i serve them a Subpoena. I am new to that and so i am requesting help with basic infomation regarding that. Like what a Subpoena is? What types are there?

And how to serve/file/request one to be served through court. I just reccently had my bicycle stolen at a cafe near where i live in west valley utah. Any help you could provide would be appreciated. Trying to catch the people who took my bicycle and or find the stolen bicycle.

I would need someone to tell me how to go about it or have an attorney serve one. From what i know it is possible to serve one my self if i am representing my self. I understand that in some cases i might have to have an attorney and or lawyer. However if there is a way i can do it my self, i would like to know. I have seen basic information online.

Any help would be appreciated.
