It may be a simple diagnosis if I can't fix it in 15 minutes. If it's software/OS related I can do it. If you have a virus. I can do it, plus I'll clone it and send those guys a Christmas card ;). Trust me, you want me to be the one handling your PC. Not all PC repairmen are the same. You want genius level support.
Not all issues are problems. But problems can cost physical repairs.
There is also the possibility that your PC is too dated for the software you want to run. In this case you will have to upgrade your computer (I'll know specifically what it needs) and in the most severe case. A newer computer.
