I will listen to a description of your problem, ask probing questions to help determine the important aspects of the problem, and then suggest ways to solve it. I can almost always come up with solutions to a problem, but my solutions for really difficult problems tend to be really difficult to implement. For instance, how to bring peace to the Middle East: Remove all the Jews, all the Arabs, all the Muslims and all the Christians, and put the government of Switzerland in charge of whatever's left.
Usually I can come up with a lot of ideas, which you can then use to help you develop a solution that will work for you.
Training & Qualifications
I'm curious and creative and especially good at coming up with solutions to problems. I was in Destination Imagination in high school, and the creative problem solving skills I learned stuck with me. I have a B.S. in Biology and I do a lot of reading. I'm good at finding information on the Internet, so I can probably find information about whatever problem is thrown at me. If I don't think I can come up with a reasonable solution to your problem, I'll tell you that without charging you.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free after 10 am PST and before 9 pm PST, except on Tuesdays and Thursdays, when I'm available from 1 pm - 9 pm.
