I've been doing Ruby/Rails for 10+ years (basically since Rails came out). I can consult for cash, so I don't want an actual gig on Simbi (not worth the opportunity cost for me), but to participate in Simbi I'll talk with you and answer questions and pair program for 1 hour about anything you want.
You should have ScreenHero, Zoom, Skype, Hangout or some other screen sharing tool ready to use.
