Biting, Hitting, Kicking, Screaming, Tantrums, Meltdowns. Whether your child has special needs or is just a little spirited - this one's for you! Have a plan you plan to use. Learn all that is in your power to keep yourself and your friends and family safe from unsafe behavior. Decide boundaries. Identify problems and consider potential solutions. Learn how to support your child in replacing unsafe behavior with appropriate and safe tools for communication.
This is ideal for parents of children 8 years and younger. Although parents with older children can benefit as well.
This is a 1.5 hour online session. You will be given recommended free tools and resources and support groups that you can choose to pursue for additional support.
It's also an option to have discounted 45 min coaching sessions separately and as many as you need.
Training & Qualifications
I have over 20 years of experience in related training, including self defense, communication, and parenting, etc.
I'm also a parent, sister and daughter to those with an ODD diagnosis.
I have been providing this training to parents, therapists teachers and caregivers as well as speaking on the topic at parenting conferences in the metro Detroit area since 2017.
Availability & Preferences
My schedule is flexible. I can be available to privide training Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri morning and afternoon (PST). And on an occassional Sat.
