I can answer any of your questions about transitioning and/or eating gluten free.

Want recipes?
Need to know how to clean a kitchen to be gluten free?
Want to know about safely eating out?
Safe restaurant chains?
How to determine which GF items at the store are actually gluten free?
How to recover from contamination?

Maybe you have someone coming over that is GF and you hope to feed them?

I'm happy to answer any of those questions or any others that you might have. One session can be an interchange of a handful of messages or it can be a Skpe, FB, Zoom or Web Ex session of up to 15 minutes-ish.

**I am not a medical professional and am unable to tell you whether or not going gluten free is right for you. I am only able to share my experience and knowledge on how to become gluten free and eat gluten free.**

Training & Qualifications

I have been COMPLETELY gluten free for a few years now due to medical necessity. I can't slip or cheat and can only eat foods from a dedicated gluten free kitchen. Slowly I became more and more gluten free over the years until yet another doctor told me I was either gluten free or not - there is no such thing as "mostly gluten free".

Availability & Preferences

My availability is sporadic. My schedule is flexible so I am able to schedule something that fits your schedule.
