I have been a licensed Realtor since 2007. I have bought and sold my own homes and helped countless people find their dream homes.
In the last 10 years, I have sold 9 of my own personal homes.
8 of them had a contract within the first 30 days of being on the market. The 9th one we received a contract on the 40th day.
