I can then provide holistic health insights and fresh ideas to educate, inspire and guide you towards an expanded and unique expression of whole being health applicable to you or for your group.

Hands-on practical tuition is helpful for many and available in any kitchen as suits where I can demonstrate to you what is relevant to your health requirements and of course include lots of inspirational tastings.

I can also easily deliver parts or all of my Gut Health Lifestyle Workshop and again tailor this to your specific needs, space and/or group plus set you up with any required cultures and equipment plus connect you in with my online support group to ensure fermentation success.
