Noomap (http://noomap.info/) is seeking someone(s) with 'CEO' type energy to be part of a new company we create for delivering our software. The founders are more a 'vision team' than business or implementation team. We need someone(s) who can take the work we've done (our documents, our vision, our intentions, our prototype software, etc) and be responsible for developing business plans, pitch decks, etc so we are best suited to receive funding. We need someone(s) who are passionate about funding (investments, loans, grants, philanthropy, etc) and can bring their unique gifts to help make it happen.

The company itself will have a culture & ethos of the Teal Paradigm and everything we stand for as Noomap. It likely will be organized, operated and experienced internally, in a Teal Fashion or similar. However, the details will develop on this second front as Andrea, Chris, and I put a team together who will be running day to day operations, because we want them to decide. We will have (as founders) a certain domain of accountability and authority but we also want to have the company be 'run' by the people who make it happen, we want to get out of the way, stay in Visionary Territory where our gifts are and empower the team to be in its gifts.

We are currently looking into which legal structures to apply and what the basic structure will be for this company as a starting point. Building the company from there will be a team process that includes the founders but not something we control by default as founders.
