You must own the property that you are wanting to rent out. Before our session, think about how many listings you will start with. Which rooms do you want to rent? Are there places in the home you don't want people to be? Do I have the basics? Something for them to sleep on, bedding. You can get away with just the essentials or you can show off many impressive amentities to entice guests to stay.
This package will include an introduction to short term rentals and a finalized profile of your listings for people to browse.
Training & Qualifications
Have been traveling using short term rental service for over 3 years and have been a property manager for over 10 and am eager to teach the ways of making the most out of your properties. I've traveled the world and am enjoying the interaction with people.
