I make some very delicious bread and butter zucchini pickles in the summer. They will be canned in my pressure canner for optimum safety and shelf life. Pickles come in Spears, chips, or slices. Other veggies/ flavors possible on request.
Training & Qualifications
I have been a home canner for several years and have dozen of successful pickle batches under my belt.
