I've been scouring Craigslist and haven't been able to get anything I can afford yet
I'm looking for a room to rent anywhere from San Jose, to as high north as Newark, or within 15 miles if 1177 great mall drive, San Jose, CA 95035.
must be a maximum of $600 including utilities, and will accept my super friendly, lazy cat.
I'm currently moving everything I own into storage, as I'm about to be homeless if can't find something... I will give you an extra 100 simbi for every $50 under my maximum, that the room is! (So a $500 a month room would bet you an extra 200 simbi!) And I'll give you another 100 simbi if it's a place where I can have a garden!
