ALL ART IS MADE WITH QUALITY PENCILS (ONES WITHOUT ERASERS - FROM FACTORY) including Mitsu-Bishi UNI 2B or Apsara Absolute Extra Dark. You can specify your lead type if you'd like.
This will one day be more valuable than it is now. Though this might be a slightly speculative investment.
If you get it shipped I'll send it in a non folded manila envelope **all wear and tear then, will be due to artist needs (no guarantees that the artist will keep the paper in good condition) :)
