Training & Qualifications
I am a strong advocated of debt-free graduation. It is possible! I have been working as an academic advisor for 10 years. I currently work at a small liberal arts collelge in Kansas. I have more than 3000 hours of academic advising experience. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Excelsior College in Albany, NY with a degree in Business (for less than 14k), and I am completing Masters in Teaching from Morningside College, in Iowa (for less than 9k).
I have helped young students complete college early, as well as helped adults return to college and complete what they started many years ago. I recently served as consultant for the book Completely Free Colleges, by Jennifer Cook DeRosa.
