I requested two books for my girls on June 1st. These were personalized and meant to be Christmas gifts. Annie contacted me asking for my address, ass...uring my the books would be here before Christmas. In September Annie asked for my address saying the books would be done soon. In October Annie reached out again to apologize for the delay, yet again assured me the books would arrive before Christmas. I have sent 2 messages since then inquiring about the books. I even offered her cash because I was so excited for the books. Annie did not reply at all. I am really heartbroken. The inscriptions I picked for the books were for my girls and very personal. This is my first year as a stepmother and wanted a personal gift for my new daughter. Of course I have many other gifts purchased; however, none were as deeply thought out or personal as this. I am absolutely heartbroken.show more
