Does your teen suffer from performance jitters or fear? Driving on the highway? Test-taking? Going to the dentist?
You know they do well in practice or rehearsals but when it comes time for the real performance or game they freeze up?
Or, could it be they have an upcoming event that they can't avoid?
I teach teens how to stress better with proven techniques to build courage and self-confidence.
In a 45-50 minute session, I use both traditional and mind-body techniques to support a teenager motivated to learn how to manage their mind more effectively so that they can feel equipped to cope and learn to thrive better.
Please note that I only work with teenagers I know I can help. Motivation is key here. I would need to meet with them for 15 minutes on zoom, on camera, to see if we're a fit.
Training & Qualifications
I am an experienced clinical social worker specialized in child and adolescent mental health. I also have decades of experience working with diverse populations across the life cycle. I am also a life coach for teenagers so I've a wide perspective. I am trained in hypnotherapy and many other mind-body proven tools that really support the teen brain.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free on Saturdays or Monday evenings.
